We now have flu vaccines available for all age groups. Government funded free vaccines for some patient groups, please check with your doctor. If not eligible for a government funded vaccine you can pay $16 per vaccine.
We also have Pfizer COVID Vaccines.

Woodlea Centre Update: We are open physically again since yesterday following a deep clean last Thursday and cleared by DHHS to open. A couple of our doctors still working remotely but we have 3 doctors and nurse working onsite. Also our pathology is open 9am-1pm every day except Sunday. This week we are open 9am-4pm only and from next week our regular hours will commence.

Woodlea Centre Update: As informed by DHHS we had a patient at our centre in Woodlea on Saturday 7th Aug from 1120am-1255pm who has later tested positive for COVID-19 on Monday night. We have closed our Woodlea Centre yesterday ie Tuesday. DHHS are provided with required details from us and should be contacting all the visitor’s who attended the centre at that time. We are closed for a few days this week till we get a deep clean done. Our phone lines are working in a limited capacity so is our doctors who are currently working remotely doing Telehealth only. Our Truganina Centre is not affected in this.

Today we are moving to the Woodlea Town Centre. For this and next week we will open the reduced hours, same as current clinic ie 9-5 Monday to Friday and 9-3 Saturday. After that we will be open full hours. Online appointments available via MyDoctor Woodlea and Palmers Medical Centre websites. Thank you.

Please note that MyDoctor Medical Clinic will be relocating to the Woodlea Town Centre this week. The medical centre is being rebranded as Palmers Medical Centre Woodlea having become part of Palmers Medical Centre group. The centre will have 4 doctors including a female doctor, full-time nurse, open 9am to 8pm week days and 9am to 4pm weekends and public holidays. The centre will also have an onsite pathology open 6 days a week from 9am to 1pm (except Sundays). The centre phone number remains same 8560 6020. Please do call if you have any questions. We have a limited number of flu vaccines, for anyone over 6 months of age, that we are offering for free. If you or a loved on ended up missing out this year, give us a call and book in for a free vacccine.

As focused and determined as we are on stopping the spread of Covid-19, we also understand that it’s just as important to look after our mental health. Dear all,
Stage 4 restrictions are here and for some of us that might be a daunting, or even a scary thought.
I heard from a colleague in New Zealand about how our cousins over there got through stage 4 restrictions. Each family formed an imaginary bubble around themselves and became committed to do all it takes to protect that bubble, as if even one member of your own bubble gets sick, it could go through the whole family. It makes it easier to follow these tough restrictions when we know it is to protect our loved ones.
We are here for you and WE WILL GET THROUGH THIS TOGETHER.
