Last patients of the year seen today and the 2024 diary is officially closed 🎉 it's been a pleasure treating you and your feet!

The 2025 diary opens from 11th January onwards, I'll be answering any mails to book in until the 23rd then I'll be switching off for the Christmas break.

Hope everyone had a wonderful christmas and I'll see you in the new year 🥂

As some of you know I had a well deserved city break to Rome last week and even managed to find some Roman feet 😂🦶🏻 but that's me now home and sorting the diary out til the end of the year 😲 I have a few dates left throughout November and December so pop me a DM if you're needing you tootsies done for santa 🎅

Love getting patient feedback like this really makes my day 😁

Small things like corns can cause so much discomfort affecting day to day life as well as holidays and other big life events where you have so many other things to be doing other than worry about your sore toe.

Don't suffer through foot pain, your feet carry you through life keep them well taken care of 👣

🦶🏻 callused heels

Very informative webinar tonight from the comfort of my living room.

Always nice to see a familiar face on these calls with one of Glasgow Caledonian's lecturers giving some insight to the Special Olympics!

A great message from tonight was get active, stay active and don't try to progress too quickly. Don't try to run before you can run. By increasing activity intensity, level and distance by 10% a week you can reduce your risk of an overuse injury and keep you active and pain free for longer!
