Im happy to announce that I will continue offering intimate sound bath experiences for groups of 6-8 people at the The Self Care Sanctuary , available upon request. I'm also planning to host a sound bath session every month, so stay tuned for updates!

Each session is £20 per person and includes a gentle guided relaxation, a selection of herbal teas and water, and light snacks to enhance your experience.

The sound bath sessions I offer are perfect for families, work colleagues, and friends who are looking to spend some quality time together whilst finding inner peace and quiet💓 I’ve attached a clip below of a beautiful sound bath session I hosted on Monday at Beacon Arts Centre . Hello everyone, just a wee update of a few changes coming 🤍

My last day in my wee room in The Self Care Sanctuary will be the 13th of June, I’m just working through my messages then will get last appts uploaded 💓 - I am gutted to be leaving here but I’m so grateful to be able to still host my sound baths from the bigger room so I’m not leaving completely, I just won’t be available to take on any new one to one clients at the moment🤍

I’ve absaloutley loved my time here and my wee room was beautiful, the space has been blessed with beautiful energy🤍❤️‍🔥

Keep your eye on the page for next dates coming up, and next sound bath group sessions will always be uploaded to the page too💓
