Hey lovely humans 🤍 welcome if you’re new here!

I wanted to pop on and share a little life + business update.

I’ve taken a couple of months out to do some deep inner work, rest, reset, and reconnect with myself. It was very needed — and I’m really glad to say… I’m back ✨

I’ve also been on the hunt for a new treatment room, but so far no luck. Rather than waiting around any longer, I’ve decided to open up space again for existing clients only, working from my own home for the time being.

My home will remain a safe, sacred, welcoming and peaceful space, this is simply my temporary setup while I continue looking for the right room.

I’m happy to say I already have a few of my regulars booked back in (which honestly fills my heart 🥹), and I currently have availability on Mondays and Fridays, with some weekend availability popping up often too.

I’m also mobile, so if you’re able to provide a quiet, calm space in your home, I can come to you for your treatment.

I will be updating price lists, adding discounts and deals and possibility of something more coming 👀

Thank you all so much for your continued support, patience and love. It feels really good to be holding space again 🤍✨

Im happy to announce that I will continue offering intimate sound bath experiences for groups of 6-8 people at the The Self Care Sanctuary , available upon request. I'm also planning to host a sound bath session every month, so stay tuned for updates!

Each session is £20 per person and includes a gentle guided relaxation, a selection of herbal teas and water, and light snacks to enhance your experience.

The sound bath sessions I offer are perfect for families, work colleagues, and friends who are looking to spend some quality time together whilst finding inner peace and quiet💓 I’ve attached a clip below of a beautiful sound bath session I hosted on Monday at Beacon Arts Centre . Hello everyone, just a wee update of a few changes coming 🤍

My last day in my wee room in The Self Care Sanctuary will be the 13th of June, I’m just working through my messages then will get last appts uploaded 💓 - I am gutted to be leaving here but I’m so grateful to be able to still host my sound baths from the bigger room so I’m not leaving completely, I just won’t be available to take on any new one to one clients at the moment🤍

I’ve absaloutley loved my time here and my wee room was beautiful, the space has been blessed with beautiful energy🤍❤️‍🔥

Keep your eye on the page for next dates coming up, and next sound bath group sessions will always be uploaded to the page too💓
