Really wish I could give myself a Deep Tissue Massage...
Muscles, joints and fascia in my back, shoulders, arms and neck are sooo sore and tight. RSI and chronic pain from overuse. Been to see 3 different therapists, claiming it was a deep tissue treatment, nope, not the way I practice it! Can't find anyone as good as myself to carry out this type of massage! 😜.

Had a lovely time this morning at Calligraphy by Tricia's workshop. It's a bit harder than it looks and my hands were not very steady, think I had better just stick to massage!
