Whatever has happened is done.
Whether your clean up operation starts on the 1st, 2nd or 4th, stop making it all or nothing. Eating doesnโt have to be that way. Make it about balance.
When I say balance, I donโt just mean food. Tackle those excess and unwanted KGโs with a holistic approach, so think about going back to the basics...
โจSleep (7-8 hours)
โจWater (minimum 2.25 litres)
โจMovement (if not already exercising then start of with 15 mins of walking a day and build up)
โจStress (what can you do to manage it and reduce it)
โจSunlight (are you getting outside enough?)
Take it one meal at a time, focusing on the foods that make you feel good and that youโre not still wearing the next day.
