As we closed the doors for the last time in 2025, I would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone who had came to see us

What a year 2025 had been!

The therapy hub is growing from strength the strength

We continue to grow our massage club, adding oncology this year to our menu too.
Lymphatics has developed so much this year, and with the advanced lymphatics we give clients the tools to do this at home too.
Pain management techniques are still a huge part of our business
And Amy still adds beauty treatments so we get to relax in all levels

2026 will see the introduction of therapeutic sound, gong baths, wellness days and retreats
1-2-1 yoga sessions and well as Pilates coming soon
Exercise rehab
And IASTM (watch this space I will keep you posted)
