Kerry teaches an energising Vinyasa Flow, every Tuesday night, 7-8pm. This class is an intermediate level class, however, com as you are and Kerry will provide modifications and adjustments.

Kerry is an amazing, caring, nurturing soul who we are very lucky to have in our team. Her practice is beautiful and comes from a place deep within yogic culture.

✨ Ahimsa (अहिंसा)
Notice how you speak to yourself today.
When the inner critic shows up, soften your words.
Choose kindness instead.

✨ Satya (सत्य)
Be honest about what you need.
Rest is not weakness. Boundaries are not selfish.

✨ Asteya (अस्तेय)
Protect your time and energy.
You don’t need to give more than you have or compare your path to anyone else’s.

✨ Brahmacharya (ब्रह्मचर्य)
Use your energy with intention.
Balance effort with rest. Less can be enough.

Sunday 18th January | 2–4pm

Join us for a nourishing afternoon of clarity, intention, and deep relaxation. This workshop blends creative vision boarding with a grounding crystal bowl sound bath, giving you space to reflect, reset, and consciously shape what you want to call in for the year ahead.

You’ll be guided through a thoughtfully designed workbook to help you plan, clarify, and manifest your intentions, before creating your vision board in a way that feels aligned and meaningful. The session closes with a soothing sound bath to help integrate your intentions on a deeper level.

All materials are provided.
No experience needed, just come as you are.

Our classes go beyond movement and include pranayama, meditation, and the philosophy of yoga. You don’t need to be flexible and you don’t need to have a practice already. You just need to be willing to show up for yourself in a way that feels right for you and your body.

For the ones working when others are off.
For the ones doing it alone.
For the ones worrying about money and stretching what they have.
For the ones who don’t celebrate, or never really have.
For the ones missing someone who should still be here.
For the ones counting the days until it passes.

I see you.

You don’t need to explain yourself.
You don’t need to pretend.
You don’t need to make this season look any different than it is.

Christmas isn’t joyful for everyone. And that doesn’t make you ungrateful, broken, or behind.

If you find this time of year heavy and you’d like to reach out, my messages are open. Sometimes a small chat can make things feel a little lighter.

✨ Our Festive Opening Hours & A Little Studio Reset ✨

As we move into this cosy, reflective time of year, our team are taking a few well deserved days to rest, breathe and recharge. The studio will be closed on:

24th, 25th & 26th December
31st December, 1st & 2nd January

Everything else remains open as normal, with classes running throughout the festive period.

Over the next couple of weeks you may notice a few new teaching faces in the studio as our team take staggered breaks. Please give them a warm Flow welcome, say hello, and enjoy experiencing different styles and energies. It’s a beautiful chance to meet the wider Flow family and stay connected to your practice during this busy month.

Thank you for supporting us, showing up, and allowing us to create space for you this year. We’re so grateful for every single person who walks through our doors.

Here’s to slowing down, looking after ourselves, and moving into the new year with softness, intention and a full heart. 🤍✨

It’s dark, rainy and pretty dull today (although this is my fave weather) but that doesn’t mean your whole day has to feel that way.

Days like this can pull your energy down without you even noticing, so it’s the perfect moment to pause and change your focus back to what’s good. What’s real. What’s already here.

Ask yourself gently,
✨What am I grateful for today?
✨What’s one thing in my life that feels warm, steady or beautiful?

It doesn’t need to be something big.
Maybe it’s your morning cup of tea, a quiet moment to breathe, someone who loves you, or maybe the fact that you made it through another Monday.

Gratitude isn’t about pretending everything is perfect. It’s about remembering that even on the dullest days, there is still light in your life and you’re allowed to notice it.
