With one week to go till the Van Gogh experience opens its doors in Glasgow we are giving you the chance to 🎉WIN 2 TICKETS 🎉 for the 13th of July to join with .studiowellness for a Saturday class like no other!

Come and enjoy some time on your mat, immersed in the work of Van Gogh we will move through a yoga flow suitable for all levels to leave you feeling inspired ✨

There are 2 tickets up for grabs for the 13th of July which will get you into the 9am yoga class and then you’ll be able to explore the exhibit straight afterwards 🙌🏼

What a lovely class, a super chilled Wednesday night .studiowellness we moved then slowed down into our yin poses. Stretching and sinking into some stillness.

Followed by a chat over a cuppa, I can’t think of a better way to spend a Wednesday night 🙏🏼 thank you for coming guys it was so lovely to see you, have an amazing rest of your week 🤍

Hands up who’s coming to join me on Sunday? 🙌🏼

We’re starting at 9am gates to the car park will open just after 8.30am and the reel pinned at the top of my grid will help you find your way to the cabin at Loch Lubnaig!

We’ll move through a gorgeous flow, a mood boosting dip then heat up round the fire.

Whither its your first session or you’ve joined us on the shore before, here’s my top tips!

🩱 Have swimwear under the yoga clothes
🎒 Bring a plastic (think ikea!) bag for wet stuff
🧣 You’ll need a towel and cosy dry clothes
☕️ Your hot drink of choice
😆 Smile and embrace it all! It’s going to be amazing!!

If you are up for a photo we’ll need to get your Loch Lubnaig shot 📸 as demo’d by me (*disclaimer my camera skills are not a patch on 😂)

Merry Christmas to you all! No matter what you get up to, I hope you enjoy some time with your loved ones and find time to take care of your wonderful selves too.

It’s the season of sparkle and joy… but it’s also a season to find some calm and to relax enjoying what matters most 🤍 if you need some inspiration swipe to see my favourite decoration from my lovely sister… 🧘🏻‍♀️🎅🏼 let’s all be more chilled Santa!

No Sunday plans? Come join me 8.45am at Loch Lubnaig for yoga and a cold dip 🧘🏻‍♀️🧊

Starting Monday off right with our morning flow class at 7am 🧘🏻‍♀️🔥

Wednesday night is Yin night. Come and relax, switch off and get a great nights sleep after our online Yin hour 🙏🏼✨8-9pm roll right into bed afterwards!
