Little update, Kirsty’s 10:15am class on a Saturday has been put on hold and the moment due to schedule clashes… everyone has been emailed 🙏

We hope to have a new 10:30am Hot Class coming soon…
with_m & have their Nidra & Reiki session on Friday… 2 remaining spots 🙏

When I created this space, I wanted it to be more than just a studio with mats and mirrors. My vision was (and always is) for it to feel like a sanctuary and a place of connection…a place where you can come exactly as you are, feel safe and allow your practice to nurture your soul.

Our weekly schedule… ✨

Wonderful Kirsty continues to cover our Leanne on a Saturday Morning with her Hot 26+2 class being straight after at 10:15 🔥 *** please note that Saturday the 30th is 12:15 and from next week it will be 10:15 permanently ***

Lewis is here every week for an after work Yoga Flow every Wednesday and a Warm Flow Yoga every Sunday morning at 8:30am 🧘🏼

Our Vary is back her holidays and back to her 3 beautiful classes over Tuesdays and Wednesdays 🦋

Lynne and I continue to cover Monday evenings 6:15pm relaxation class ✨ always super booked up… so grab your spot early.

Sheryl’s Children’s Mindfulness Classes are fully booked for the next few weeks… give her a follow and keep an eye out for more sessions 🩷

I am back with my Pre and Post Natal sessions… Friday 11:30am & 7:30pm 🫄
