Through my work, I spend a lot of time sitting with people in the in-between places.
Grief, endings, uncertainty, searching, questioning, and sometimes deep faith, sometimes no faith at all.
And I have made a vow:
I will always meet people exactly where they are spiritually.

Not where I think they should be.
Not where someone else says they should be.
But exactly where they are.

For those who believe, Easter is everything ✨️
A reminder that love is stronger than death,
that suffering is not wasted,
that new life can come from what looked completely lost.
For those who are unsure, searching, hurting, or far from faith,
Easter still whispers something important:
that new beginnings are always possible.

Resurrection is not just something that happened once.
I see small resurrections in people all the time.
After grief, after illness, after loss, after heartbreak, after fear.
People come back to life in many ways.

So today, whether Easter is faith, hope, grief, questions, or just another Sunday for you,
know that you are allowed to be exactly where you are.
Honouring that is part of any true becoming.

From our house to yours,
have a peaceful Easter ❤️🙏

12 week results and feeling amazing.
More energy, better sleep, stronger, clearer head, and really enjoying the routine.
I’ve been so impressed with the whole experience that I’ve decided to train as a coach.

As part of my learning I need 8 more volunteers who would be happy to come in for a free wellness evaluation (about 1 hour) so I can practice the full assessment process.

You’ll get all your stats done for free and some insight.
If you’d like to volunteer, message me. I’d really appreciate your help and you’ll get some really useful information about yourself too with zero obligation.

Just send me a wee message and i'll get you booked in.

Thanks so much

Hot 26 + 2 | Saturdays 9am

Every Saturday morning we move through the Hot 26 + 2 sequence here at the HUT.

It’s a set sequence of two breathing exercises and 26 postures, always in the same order. And although it stays the same each week, the experience of it never really does. Some days you feel strong, some days you realise how much your balance has improved, and some days you’re just glad you showed up and moved your body.

The heat helps the body warm up more quickly and deeply. Muscles soften, circulation improves and yes… you’ll probably sweat. For some people that feels like detoxing, for others it’s just a really good release.

What I love about this practice is that everyone can meet it in their own way. There’s always space for different variations, pauses when you need them, or building into postures over time.
It’s not about forcing anything or trying to be impressive.

It’s about building strength, awareness and confidence in your body as the weeks go by.
Sometimes it’s challenging.
Sometimes it feels amazing.
Usually it’s a bit of both.
But if you keep coming back, you start to notice the shift.

Saturdays | 9am
Come and give it a try

A bit of a personal share today.

These photos are just under 8 weeks apart. The whole thing actually began because I was curious walking past Shirley's Feel Great Nutrition in Airdrie and popped my head in wondering what it was.

Shirley offered me a free body analysis, and I thought why not? I’ve actually nothing to lose here. I’ll give it a go and see how I get on.

I originally said I’d try it for two weeks, just as a little experiment. Fast forward eight weeks and here we are.

What surprised me most wasn’t just the physical changes (although the photos speak for themselves). It was my huge increase in energy really quite quickly from the get go.

At the beginning I followed the plan quite closely, and now I’ve found a rhythm that works for me, taking everything Ive learned and applying it around my own routine, teaching schedule and everyday life.

Ive been feeling better, have way more energy, sleeping so well and springing out of bed in the morning for the early classes. My concentration has also improved which is very welcomed as im knee deep in essays for my diploma.

I’ve found myself in the kitchen a lot more, trying different recipes and paying much more attention to how I’m fuelling my body with things like getting enough protein, fibre, vitamins, minerals and healthy fats, rather than just grabbing something quick and hoping for the best.

Considering how active my everyday life is, I think this was the piece that had been missing for me. I can see I wasn’t sustaining myself enough before, and this has felt like a really supportive way to help me along the way.

Just sharing my experience in case it helps someone else who might also be curious like I was. Feel free to ask me any questions. Happy to get you in touch with Shirley.

PARTNER THAI YOGA STRETCHING WORKSHOP 🤍

We have this beautiful workshop planned for THIS Sunday (2:30–4:30pm) at The HUT, just before Carmen’s 5pm class and my Reiki Sound Bath… but we also want to make sure as many of you as possible can actually be there to enjoy it.

Ria and Carmen have said they’re happy to push the date back if another time would suit more people.
So if you’re interested but Sunday doesn’t quite work, please message us TODAY so we can reconsider the timing and open it up for more of the community.

So what is it?
Partner Thai Yoga Stretching is a slow, supported practice where you learn to give and receive assisted stretches. Think deep release, gentle mobility, grounding touch, and learning how to safely support someone else’s body (and your own).

And yes… bring anyone.
✨ a friend
✨ a sibling
✨ your partner
✨ your mum, your gym buddy, your bestie

Just two people willing to move, support and learn together.

It’s a really lovely way to: ✨ release tension
✨ improve flexibility without force
✨ connect, slow down and learn something new

If this feels like something you’d love , comment, DM, or book on. And if you want it but need a different date, let us know today so we can shape it around you.

Before the doors open, I always take a little time to ground myself in the space. a few restorative moments to breathe, stretch, and settle. It helps me arrive properly before you all do.

This weekend I’m away on my counselling diploma training, deepening the listening and learning that continues to shape how I hold space, both on and off the mat.

You’re in great hands while I’m gone. Nicole, Nyla and Carmen are looking after everything, so classes will run as normal 🤍

Have a great weekend

I did a little recording before everyone arrived this morning 🤍

The class began slow, we switched everything on gently, then added pace as confidence grew. The energy in the room was strong and steady, exactly how morning movement should feel.

I’ve added a voiceover so you can try it at home too.
Let me know how it feels in your body.

With love

Go Team!

A couple of snippets from our Silent Hot 26+2 practice today.

The room just dropped into this really steady, focused energy. No guidance with voice just breath leading the whole practice. You could feel how everyone started to move from that place of being guided rather than pushing.

There’s something powerful about sharing space like that… individual, but also completely together. The breath carried us through every posture and you could sense people really settling into their own zone.
Because it felt so special, Silent Practice is going to become a monthly staple at HUT this year.

Thank you for showing up the way you did today.

SILENT 26 + 2 — Saturday 9AM.

No chatter. No distractions.

Just breath, heat, and the rhythm of practice.
I’ll be on the mat with you, guiding through Ujjayi breath.

Sometimes the deepest work happens when we say less and feel more.
If you’ve been needing space to reset… this is it.

Breathe. Move. Arrive. 🔥
