Meet Hannah, one of our wonderful members at our Albrighton group on a Monday night.
In 12 months Hannah has lost over 5 stone in weight, she’s achieved every success and awards galore for her consistency. Her fellow members in our group voted her our “Woman of the Year” for being such an inspiration.
