📍 Chelsea attends Lisa’s Slimming World group at Newhall!

Meet the lovely Ame, a member at one of my groups. Having lost over 6 stone in 9 months with us, Ame is now at her target weight.

She tells us……… “Before joining Slimming World I hadn’t much confidence, I was self conscious, embarrassed by my size and how much I weighed! I joined Slimming World in the hope I’d lose some of the weight but I’ve stuck to the plan 100% and I’ve managed to gain so much confidence and self respect and I’ve lost over 6st and I’m so proud of my achievements. Slimming World isn’t a diet it’s a healthy lifestyle change! I still get to eat all the foods I love but just cook them differently. For example spaghetti bolognese, curry, cottage pie, pasta dishes, roasts, steak, even desserts, rice pudding, cheesecakes & trifle. It’s great to be able to wear clothes that show off your figure rather than wearing baggy clothes to try and hide. I’ve gone from a size 22 to an 8.
It has helped so much staying to group every week with the support of the lovely women and men, sharing ideas, different recipes and hearing everyone else’s achievements. Big thank you to Heather, a great consultant with enormous passion in her role with Slimming World.”

🌟 Congratulations to Pauline Carter – Woman of the Year at Minsterley! 🌟
Pauline has lost an incredible 6 stone and completely transformed her life:
✅ From struggling to walk for 15 minutes to enjoying long walks in the stunning Shropshire countryside
✅ Line dancing twice a week
✅ Diabetes now in remission
✅ Mental health greatly improved
