🙆‍♀️ We're putting our bras and defibrillators up to save women from cardiac arrest!

We joined the fantastic Heather and Jenny from Bra Off Defib On to get something off our chests.

Bra removal is needed to ensure correct AED pad placement, but shockingly, it is not currently standard practice in first aid training...

No bra should be a barrier, so BODO are taking action!

We've helped them create a training video that actually includes bra removal. It covers how to safely and respectfully remove a bra, where to place AED pads and how to remove a bra without disturbing CPR.

Watch the full video here to get trained: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mJFBYSiHVSA

These ladies are incredible, and we're honoured to help them spread their message. Remember, they're just bras - don't let them scare you from saving a life.
