At The Health Code, a lot of what we do is built around how the skin behaves - not just how it looks.

That’s where regenerative treatments come in.

They’re not designed to create a quick visual shift.
They work by supporting the skin itself - improving structure, encouraging collagen, and building better skin quality.

For some people, that shows up as smoother, clearer, more even skin.
For others, it’s about firmness, resilience, or simply feeling more confident in how their skin looks day to day.

The difference is in how we approach it.

We build long-term plans guided by detailed skin analysis - and how your skin evolves.

Because better skin isn’t built in one treatment -
it’s built through consistent care, over time.

If you’re not sure where to start, that’s exactly what a consultation is for 🤍

More men are coming into clinic and the reason is simpler than you might think.

It’s not about changing how they look. It’s about refining what’s already there in a way that still feels like them.

Aesthetics is evolving.
And taking a considered approach to how you look and feel isn’t gender specific.

Over the past few years, we’ve seen a clear shift.
Men are becoming more informed, more open, and more aware of what’s possible within aesthetics.

And what they’re asking for?
It’s exactly the same as our female patients.

Subtle, considered treatments. Natural results.
A focus on skin quality, not drastic change.

At The Health Code, everything starts with understanding you, and building a plan that works with you, not against you.

Because the best results are the ones no one can quite put their finger on, you just look well 🤍

Weekends are often when skincare becomes inconsistent - either everything at once, or nothing at all.

Weekends are a good opportunity to focus on habits that support your skin:

• A targeted mask - hydration, congestion, or dullness
• A proper cleanse - removing buildup properly
• Gentle exfoliation (when appropriate)
• Giving your skin a break from makeup where you can
• Keeping the rest of your routine simple

Because good skin isn’t built in one weekend - it’s built over time, through small, consistent habits.

We’re seeing more and more patients using GLP-1 medications such as Ozempic, Wegovy and Mounjaro for weight loss.

And while these can be very effective for overall health and weight management, they can also have some noticeable effects on the face.

With rapid weight loss, we often see a reduction in facial volume - particularly through the mid-face, alongside increased skin laxity and a more hollowed appearance.

In many ways, these are the same changes we naturally associate with ageing, just happening over a shorter period of time.

So what can we do about it?

In clinic, the focus is on supporting the skin and restoring balance.

This might include:
– Treatments that stimulate collagen to improve skin quality and firmness (such as NeoGen and other regenerative options)
– Carefully considered volume restoration where it’s been lost
– And creating a plan that works with your face as it changes, rather than overcorrecting it

It’s also important to remember that if your appetite is reduced, your nutrition still matters.

Even if you’re eating less, your skin still relies on a nutrient-rich diet to maintain its quality, healing, and overall health.

This isn’t about stopping weight loss. It’s about understanding how your face changes and supporting your skin in a way that keeps results looking natural, balanced, and in harmony with you.

At The Health Code, this always starts with a detailed consultation and skin analysis, so we’re treating what’s actually happening, specific to you 🤍

There’s a noticeable shift happening in aesthetics.

Less focus on adding volume.
More focus on improving the quality of the skin itself.

Because when your skin is healthy, clear, strong, and well-supported - everything else sits better.

Treatment decisions become more considered.
Results look more refined.
And importantly, nothing looks overdone.

At The Health Code, the focus is always on building skin quality first - then using the right treatments, in the right way, when they’re actually needed 🤍

The LED lounge is calling…

Some treatments don’t need to be complicated to be effective.

LED is one of them.

It supports your skin in the background - helping to reduce inflammation, encourage healing, and stimulate collagen over time.

There’s no downtime or discomfort.

Just come in, relax, and make it part of your routine 🤍

At The Health Code, LED is often used as part of a wider plan or as a simple way to maintain skin health between treatments.

Because over time, it’s the treatments you keep up with that make the difference.

Hormones play a significant role in how your skin behaves - often more than people realise.

They can influence:
• Oil production and breakouts
• Skin sensitivity and inflammation
• Pigmentation and uneven tone
• Collagen levels and skin firmness
• Hydration and barrier function

This is why your skin can change at different points in life or even month to month.

When we assess skin properly, this is always part of the picture.

Because without understanding the underlying influences, it’s difficult to make meaningful, lasting improvements.

At The Health Code, every treatment begins with understanding your skin properly - not just what’s visible, but what’s happening beneath the surface.

From there, a plan is created around your skin, your concerns, and how it responds over time.

NeoGen allows us to work deeper within the skin, helping to improve texture, pigmentation, and overall skin quality.

But the treatment itself is only one part of it.

What makes the difference is the plan around it - the consistency, the aftercare, and how your skin is supported throughout the process.

If you’re unsure where to start, that’s exactly what a consultation is for 🤍

The hands are one of the most overlooked areas when it comes to skin ageing.

While many people focus on treating the face, the hands are exposed to the same environmental damage - often for longer and can begin to show changes in skin quality over time.

This can present as:
• pigmentation and age spots
• thinning, crepey skin
• uneven tone and texture

NeoGen Plasma allows us to treat beyond the face.

We regularly use it on areas such as the hands, as well as:
• arms
• abdomen
• legs
• areas of scarring or stretch marks

By improving collagen production and overall skin quality, we’re able to treat both texture and pigmentation in a controlled, medical-led way.

Because skin quality should feel consistent, not just in one area.

If this is something you’ve started to notice, it can be assessed as part of a consultation.
