ARE YOU FIZZING?

Your Fizz Sticks are a great way to ensure you are getting more water because they taste great. But do you know what else they do? Here's why you should be drinking in the fizz twice daily.

As a replacement for your morning coffee or for when you start to feel the afternoon sleepies, stir in a fizz stick to create a refreshing bubbly drink. You can add ice for a refreshing burst or add to your Herbal Infusion for a comforting warm up.

When you start to feel tired a fizz will temporarily help promote alertness. Fizz Sticks also help promote endurance and help reduce fatigue.

They contain antioxidants and a botanical blend of ginseng, B vitamins, CoQ10, and chromium, combined with caffeine naturally derived from guarana and green tea to help boost energy.

Botanical blend:

• Guarana supports energy;

• Ginseng root helps support physical capacity and performance;

• Taurine, an amino acid, supports energy;

• Coenzyme Q10, an antioxidant, helps support energy;

• Riboflavin B2 helps metabolise carbohydrates, fats and proteins to provide energy;

• Niacin B3 helps support energy yielding metabolism of micronutrients

• Vitamin B12 and B6 to promote alertness and fight fatigue (plus lots of other benefits)

Here are a few you can add to meals

Almond or other nut 🌰 🥜 butters.

Coconut 🥥 oil

Flaxseed 🌱

Avocados 🥑

Adding healthy fats can drive up calories, so stick to 1 tablespoon of seeds, nut butters or coconut oil and 1/4 avocado.
