Hi All! It's been a while and we are on the countdown for Christmas, at least as far as bookings go!

I am away teaching abroad in December (3rd to 8th), and with Christmas approaching fast it doesn't leave much time to get things sorted so you can enjoy the festivities.

Hi All! It seems the British summer is being rather elusive this year! However it’s still good enough to go out in the garden and engage in outdoor activities, all of which could put you in a spot of bother.

To help I’ve brought back my offer or reducing all my appointments to £40 until the end of August (31/08/2024).

The first appointment takes and hour and follow ups are 45 minutes, so there’s plenty of time to get through things.

Hi All, I'm frequently asked if osteopathy can help me? With all things the short answer is, most likely and the long answer is, most likely!

It depends on the individual case and what's going on, but the results are usually positive and able to help a wide variety of issues that haven't responded to waiting or pain relief via medication or stretching.

A good practitioner will always give home exercises to improve the outcome, so sadly there is homework to be tested on!

Hi All, the cost of living crisis and back pain are two things that aren't going away quickly, so to help out I am extending my promotion for another 2 months until the end of April! (30/04/2024)

Hi All, A common question I am asked by clients is what do I charge. Plain and simple its £45 a session (£40 until 29/02), the first initial consultation is an hour and follow ups are 45 minutes to an hour.

My prices are below the average for the region and this is due in part to keeping costs low where I can, one of which is acting as my own receptionist! I offer longer appointments to allow for a relaxed approach to treatment.

Utilising an evidence informed approach allows for an efficient combination of hands on manual therapy and home exercise to achieve the best possible outcome. Although it is on you to do those home exercises!

Hi All, it’s almost the end of January and I bet it’s been a long month for some with pay day stretched out! But don’t worry, I’ll be running a reduced price to the end of February to help spread things out!
