⭐ Meet my members ⭐️

Judy and Jim are a fabulous Husband and Wife duo that attend my 9.00 session on a Thursday morning.

Judy has been a Slimming World member for over 20 years and said that coming to group each week is absolutely the thing that keeps her at her chosen target weight.

Judy has lost an amazing 7 ½ stone and Jim has lost over 5 stone too 🙌🏼

They fully embrace the Slimming World plan, have made some incredible lifestyle changes and are now reaping the rewards of their actions. The changes in these guys is just incredible 😍

These guys holiday more than most and yet never take their eye off the prize… a happier and healthier life 🙌🏼

Has anyone else woken up today with a buzz?!

I feel like today is the perfect day to give the house a spruce up, book a food shop, give the dog a bath and the wardrobes a clear out… ✨

September feels like a fresh start, a new beginning even. The final push towards the end of the year and the perfect time to give it all I’ve got!

So today is all about prep, prep, prep…. So I’m ready to walk into the 1st September tomorrow with a clear head and a path forward.

With just 17 weigh days left of this year I’m going to make sure they count… ready to hit 2026 at least 1 stone lighter than where I am today.

And do you know what’s even more exciting?! The 1st of September is also a Monday so there’s really no excuse to not use tomorrow as day one!
