This is our busiest time of year so please make sure you order your prescriptions in time. These can take up to 3-4 days to be processed from start to finish. Enjoy the summer break 😎

JOB VACANCY AT ALDEBURGH PHARMACY

We are looking for a Pharmacy Counter Assistant - Pharmacy Experience preferred although not essential as training can be provided

Education / Skills
• Pharmacy Counter Training preferred but not essential if you have previous retail counter experience.
• You would need to have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
• You would need to have a genuine concern for patients and be able to provide outstanding care for our customers.
• You must be able to work under pressure and to work within deadlines.
• You need to be able work accurately and methodically and pay attention to detail.
• You must have excellent customer service skills and I.T skills.

Responsibilities
• Taking in and handing out prescriptions
• Ordering items and unloading deliveries
• Selling over the counter medicines
• Responding to queries and referring to the pharmacist when needed
• Providing health advice and sign posting to our customers

4 weeks holiday plus Bank holidays.
Hourly rate discussed at interview.
Uniform provided.
Staff discount included.

We are looking for part time hours.
Monday 12-5pm Tuesdays 9-3pm. To start in April, Holiday and sickness cover will also be required. This will initially be for 1 year then to be reviewed, if your interested
