Giat Anaylsis is an essential part of a Biomechanical Assessment thoroughly examines your feet, legs, hips, and overall structures, assessing alignment, strengths, and weaknesses.

It's particularly valuable if you're experiencing foot or lower limb discomfort without a clear cause. This assessment serves as a starting point to comprehend the root of the issue, helping determine the best course of action, whether that's treatment or further investigation.

When your podiatrist suspects that your mechanics contribute to your pain or injury, they might recommend exercises, strapping, or customised insoles/orthotics. The assessment takes about an hour, during which all necessary tests are conducted, results are discussed, and treatment recommendations are provided.
