The gym expansion is moving fast and by this time next week the gym equipment should have arrived and some of it might even be assembled.

At some point next week we will also reveal what will happen in the upstairs rooms.

Here’s a quick progress update.

The main building work has been completed.

Electrics have been completed today.

Painting is in progress and due to be finished this week.

Then it will be time for the floor to be laid.

Private gym with a personal touch

The concept of the gym is to provide a space to exercise in private. In the middle of this world pandemic we want to provide a risk/stress free environment. On site parking in the middle of the countryside, away from busy training areas we want you to use this space as your own private gym.

Having a small number members allows the gym to have a personal touch, each member will have access to a personal trainer, even if personal training isn't your thing you will have access to pick their brain about workout routines and nutrition advice to help you make the most out of your workout.

Before starting you will receive a free introduction including everything you will need to know about the gym. The MindBody app will be used to book your hour time slot, using your unique code or finger print you can enjoy a private work out 7 days a week.
