I haven’t left the UK since the World Congress of Chiropractic Students European Regional Event in Denmark in December 2019. But today’s the day!

Back in September I found out I had been selected to be a part of the chiropractic team for the IFMA European Muay Thai Championships - in Kosovo!

This will be my first official FICS event, and I’m so excited! I can’t wait to properly meet the rest of the team, and learn more about Muay Thai (not Mai Tai!).

Overnight bus tonight, flight to Pristina early tomorrow ✈️ 🇽🇰

Today marks the beginning of Chiropractic Awareness Week 2023!

I'm Sophie👋and I'm a chiropractor working within Alderley Chiropractic Clinic, in Alderley Edge.

I graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic, University of South Wales, as Graduate of the Year in 2021.

I am excited to return to my Cheshire roots to continue my journey as a chiropractor!
