9-12 pm ⁣

Over the two-day workshop Yuval will teach you the basics of handstands. He’ll help you establish a solid base necessary to take your handstand practice to a new level, safely and efficiently. ⁣

✨Advanced Handstand Workshop with Yuval at Yoga MCR ⁣
Saturday ⁣
7th – Sunday & 8th February ⁣
1:30 - 4.30pm ⁣

Saturday’s class will focus on refining the different shapes of handstands (tuck, pike and straddle) and adapting them for advanced level transitions and sequences. Sunday’s class will focus on press to handstand, stalders, and the holy grail: one-armed handstands.⁣

Qi Theory and Meridian Yoga Practice is a 6-week introductory course aimed at those new to yoga, that integrates yoga with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to balance, strengthen, and revitalise the body’s energy pathways, the 12 main meridians.⁣

Over six weeks, students will learn to regulate energy circulation, harmonise the body’s energy systems, improve flexibility and range of motion and release tension. ⁣

A blissful 2.5 hours combining the magic of Restorative Yoga and Reiki beautifully blended together creating the most wonderful experience of inner and tranquil peace. Filling up your self care cups with love and positive energy. ⁣

She will be back teaching every Monday at 7am with a slight change, this class will now be a 45 minute vinyasa practice. A classic mix of movement and breath in a shortform pocket sized practice! ⁣
