When I spoke with C at the beginning, she said that she was lacking in motivation to get to the gym and completely lost her mojo.
I’m not C’s first coach, she’s prepped before for stage so she knows what it’s like to diet down hard, however that wasn’t the approach we were going to take with this- FAR FROM IT.
We wanted it to be real life, for her to train hard in the gym and still be able to get out on her bike and to go for food when she wanted.
In the space of 7 months working together we’ve hit some big PB’s, she’s also working on charity events outside of the gym which will test her mental resilience and be really fvcking cool to say she’s done it.
I think it’s safe to say that she has her mojo back for training and I can’t wait to see her grow for the rest of the year.
