When you know what you’re working towards and how to measure it, consistency becomes easier and results follow.

The truth tho, is we all start some where and I struggled too and that struggle is exactly what shaped how I coach today.

Once you start to show up properly this is where everything changes for the better.

Yes, you will have s**t days and that’s ok to show up 50%.

But when you constantly show up 50% of the time, this is where the issue lies.

Show up, train hard watch the results your after start to happen.

Your body hasn’t changed in months…

Chances are, you’re making this one simple mistake.

Your training plan might say 8–10 reps and as soon as you hit 10, you stop.

But that’s not the goal.

The real objective is to train close to failure within that rep range not just to reach the number 10.

If you hit your reps and still have plenty of energy left, that’s exactly why your physique isn’t progressing.

Push the set until those final reps actually challenge you.
