Instead of focusing on what you don’t have, focus on what you do have. Every night I write down 3 things I’ve been grateful for that day no matter how small. Someone once told me it’s very hard to be depressed if you feel grateful, and that holds so true. Christmas in particular can be a tough time for some, hopefully practising some gratitude will bring a little bit of relief 🫶🌟🫶

Let us help you feel like you again during this important life stage.

With the decline in Oestrogen & other s*x hormones we now know that heavy strength training is a must to try to protect bone density and muscle mass. Along with SIT training, pelvic floor work, a healthy diet and some lifestyle changes we can help to reduce symptoms of menopause.

Sometimes these changes are enough to avoid HRT:- lifestyle medicine before actual medicine 💪💪💪

🌟Training after illness 🌟

I’ve had 10days away from training due to a bad cold/virus and I was desperate to get back to it today.

But I still feel very fatigued. My body is still recovering. So I cut the weight right down on my usually heavier compound lifts and did higher reps, then focused on accessory work, single sided stuff and my core.

Now matter how desperate you are, don’t go back to training full pelt after an illness - test the water first: TAKE IT EASY 🫶
