Runway Pilates is growing, and we’re seeking passionate and skilled Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our Runway Community!

We have opportunities across our Manchester and Altrincham studios.

We’re looking for:

💫Comprehensive training and qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor
💫Strong understanding of Pilates principles,Anatomy and Physiology.
💫Excellent communicator
💫Proactive, growth-minded & team-oriented
💫Love delivering high-quality, hands-on classes
💫Previous experience of teaching classes & 1:1’s are preferred

Meet Charlotte. A powerhouse of quiet strength, Charlotte brings resilience, empathy, and joy to every class she teaches. Living with a physical condition that affects her body, Pilates has been central to her ongoing rehab journey — not just physically, but mentally too.

It’s given her the tools to meet her body where it’s at, and the grace to keep showing up.

“Frustration might arise,” she says, “but I’m still so lucky I get to attend classes in a beautiful studio, led by intelligent instructors, surrounded by a fabulous community of clients, and let my body move in whatever capacity it has on the day.”
