As the colder weather sets in, it’s important to remember that the simple things still mean a lot to keep us all healthy and happy this winter.

We can all play our part to minimise the spread of germs and protect ourselves – and each other – from colds and bugs, meaning fewer sick days for everyone.

Our little ones can help by remembering the simple things, too.

So, it’s important that we remind them how they do this…

Together let’s keep washing our hands, sanitising surfaces, covering our mouths when we cough or sneeze and keeping a distance when we feel unwell.

‼️So that marks the end of our weekend flu vaccinations 💉 thanks to all that attended. We have now vaccinated around 2100 patients against flu. We have a further flu clinic on 18th November so please contact us to see if you are eligible or simply call to book in if you are 65+ ‼️
