Dear patients, we wanted to update you following your ongoing support to GP Partner and much-loved colleague Dr Leonor Vital. Dr Vital is not well enough to return and will be leaving the practice on 31st August 2025.

Dr Vital has been with the practice since August 2017 and a GP Partner for the last 6 years, we understand that this will feel like a loss to you, as it does to us and our team. Dr Vital is taking this opportunity to focus on her family and her recovery and whilst the practice is very grateful to Dr Vital for her many contributions, we wish her well with this decision.

We wanted you to be aware of this significant change to the practice which will continue to operate with its current GP Partners: Dr Hayes, Dr Hunsley, Dr Garvey, Dr Searle and Dr Speake. If you wish to pass on a message to Dr Vital there is a book for patients to sign in the medical practice.
