barrecore MANCHESTER barrecore is a community of like minded individuals achieving a strong and lean physique through health, wellness and barre! barrecore isn't just a workout.

barrecore classes are high-energy and low impact utilising a ballet barre to perform small isometric movements and your bodyweight as resistance. We use high repetitions to work the muscles to capacity for a full-body interval training programme. Each strength section is followed by a stretching sequence to create a lean physique and sexy lines. Its a community of like-minded individuals working towards a common goal: to achieve a strong, lean physique and a better lifestyle through health and wellness - while enjoying the process.
