Lughnasadh Blessings 🌾✨

I rarely post here these days, family life has me swept up in its beautiful, all-consuming rhythm but I still root myself in the cycles of nature with my Cosmic Cycling Club community, holding space there and being held.

Tonight we gather for Lughnasadh, the first harvest, to honour the golden warmth of summer, give thanks for all that has grown, and gently release what is ready to fall away. These rituals have carried me through the rollercoaster of life, anchoring me to my soul, the Earth, and the cosmos. They remind me to keep my dreams alive, to water the seeds I plant, harvest my creations, and shed what no longer serves which has been vital through my maternity.

Each turn of the wheel invites us to meet different parts of ourselves, making the inner work feel whole and deeply nourishing.
If you’ve ever felt called to join the club or experience a circle, reach out. In-person gatherings will return ad hoc this autumn, and I’m pausing treatments in the cabin for now.

New Moon in Leo 🌑✨ Tonight we honour the new moon in fiery, radiant Leo. This is a time to connect with our hearts, embrace confidence, and plant the seeds of our brightest dreams.
In the Cosmic Cycling Club circle online we’ll explore the courage it takes to step into the light, even in the face of rejection, seeing every leap as a bold act of love and growth. Together, we’ll release what no longer serves us and ignite the fire within as the moon rebirths before our eyes. Full Strawberry Moon Circle Tonight 🌕🔥🍓🏹 and the energy is already peaking, with the moon reaching full tomorrow morning. This is a HOT, FIERY Sagittarius moon and you might already be feeling it?

Big emotions, arguments, sudden inspiration, adventures calling.
Sagittarius teaches us to leap, even when we don’t feel ready. It’s all about freedom, truth, and trusting the adventure. This moon invites you to: manifest boldly, let go of fear, use the fire to act, not burn out. Tonight we’ll circle together to channel these energies, find clarity in the chaos, and shoot our arrows toward where our souls truly want to go.

Full Flower Moon Blessings. 🌺🌝♏️

Harness this moon to shed skins, embrace change and tap into your witchy side with the most mystical sign of the zodiac.

We may be feeling extra sensitive today. You may be aware of that full moon energy out in the world. Look out for that sting in the tail within and around.

Try to surrender to the watery energies of Scorpio and flow with your emotions and see what’s coming up for healing.

Whatever life throws at us, we have such inner strength and every part of our journey, especially difficult times teach us about our power, whether we are aware of those teachings now or not, the wisdom is always being woven.

We are constantly changing, growing, learning.

The waters may feel uncertain but there is always something to hold on to to tether us as we move along the river beneath the river.

✨ The Cosmic Cabin is gently reopening ✨

After a slower, baby-steps return than I imagined (I definitely told a few of you I’d be back by Imbolc!), I’m now offering treatments again.

Over the past months I’ve stayed connected through the Cosmic Cycling Club - holding space (and being held) while journeying with the moon and seasons. It’s been such a grounding anchor while navigating motherhood second time around. Thank you to this beautiful community - and to Marcus for giving me space to keep watering that part of me.

Jude and I have been on a big journey with his skin, which led me to a brilliant Chinese doctor - within 24 hours of treatment his skin began to calm. It’s been intense but so worth it.

So, with my energy returned, Jude settled, and some help in place, I’m ready to offer sessions once again. You’ll notice a small price increase to reflect the rising cost of living and childcare. That said, if a treatment feels needed and you have a skill you’d love to swap, I’m open to it. 🌿

So magical holding this space with little Jude, thanks to Nanny and Grandad for supporting me to do my favourite session of the year. In the depths of winter around the new moon we planted seeds through creative rituals in the most gorgeous space. Thank you to all who came, your boards are unique and beautiful. The Full Moon closest to the Autumn Equinox is called the Harvest Moon. It’s a particularly bright moon and rises early, which allows farmers to extend their day to tend to the land and crops, guided by the lunar light. This Full Moon is a supermoon so it’s extra big and powerful! It peaked in the early hours this morning so yesterday and today the energies are strong.

The Harvest Moon will support us in illuminating our feelings, releasing our blocks, cleansing our energetic field and celebrating our achievements since the previous new moon in Virgo and previous seasons.

This lunar cycle will assist us in our journey towards the Yin phase of the year as we harvest and gather in our energies.

Eclipse season is here now with this moon. Eclipse seasons can shake things up and be quite dynamic and powerful but similarly to Mercury Rx it’s just an opportunity for healing and growing if we surrender to them.

The moon is in Pisces so you maybe feeling a little floaty or dreamy. As it’s a water sign emotions may be flowing too.

There have been quite a few car accidents in my local area - this can happen around a full moon so take extra care with whatever you’re doing and be extra cautious of others who may be feeling it but not realise.

Now I’ve entered the third trimester combined with Virgo season I’ve been really enjoying getting organised, decluttering and re-connecting to my own self-care and health rituals. You should see our loft! It’s Virgo heaven!!! Have you been feeling those Virgo energies? Drop me some lists in the comments of things you’ve ticked off - boy oh boy do I LOVE a list!!!

One of the things I absolutely consider a non-negotiable for my own self-care is reflexology. I’m pleased to say that is back in the Cabin now post-summer so she is available to book a session with and I cannot recommend her highly enough - DM me for her details. I’ve got my sessions pre-baby all scheduled with her now. I’ve also been tending to my nutrition as my iron came back quite low so extra supps from (thank you Jackie) and greens with a squeeze of lemon for me!

We have the Harvest Moon AND the Equinox both this week. I can’t wait to hold space for these.
