🌍✨ International Women’s Day ✨🌍
The first International Women’s Day was marked on March 8, 1911, when more than a million people across Europe came together to support women’s rights — including the right to work, vote, hold public office and live free from discrimination.
More than a century later, progress has been made, but many women and girls around the world still face inequality, discrimination and barriers to opportunity. From pay gaps and representation in leadership to access to healthcare and safety, the journey toward true equality is still ongoing.
Fitting for today, I was one of the lucky ones to see RAYE live in concert recently and her new song left the entire room blown away. You could feel the emotion in every lyric — one of those rare moments where music connects everyone and reminds you of the power of women’s voices and stories. The best concert for me in a very long time!
So today I’m sharing something a little different. While I usually talk about bone health, sometimes we also need to pause, breathe, and listen to music that feeds our souls. 🎶💜 Thank you to this fabulous women for filling our hearts and to all the women who never give up ❤️🦴
