I believe everyone has the innate ability to channel healing energy to promote healing and wellbeing, my purpose is to gently guide you through this process and make your experience life changing! I have unconsciously been able to channel energy since I was very young but it was only in 2020 that I chose to better understand how I could take the gift I have been given and learn how to teach others to also draw on this energy. Channelling energy and allowing myself to be intuitively guided has also enhanced my ability to translate psychic card readings and allow my creativity to flow more easily. I am also a student with the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors (AIPC) and as well as sticking to the traditional curriculum, I have used both Reiki and Psychic card readings as part of my student lead sessions to assess the benefits of including energy healing and intuition to open the subconscious and dealve into the root cause ... my observations thus far, have lead me to believe that there is definitely room to complement traditional counselling methods with an holistic approach to healing. Once I have completed my studies in 2024, I will offer this service as part of a suite of energy based healing. I am not on this earth to exploit the gift I have been given but to share it with as many people as possible so, if you would love to learn how to use energy to heal and prevent sickness but you need to spread the cost of learning, please message me to request payment plan details ... money should not be a barrier to your health and wellbeing. The best way I have found to explain Reiki is to say that it is an energy healing method that is usually done by placing the hands in a series of positions over or slightly above the body. If the person wants to know more, I will explain that Reiki promotes healing by activating the relaxation response and helping the body to balance itself from a very deep level. I am happy to first offer a demonstration of Reiki, as the experience of Reiki says more than words ever could. There have been many scientific studies which have proved that even though they still can't quite explain how the transference of energy can cause the healing effect, they can prove that when the intention is applied to the energy be given, there are measured results in both physical and emotional healing. If you would like some scientific evidence which supports this, please consider looking at The Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS) which is a research centre and direct experience lab specialising in the intersection of science and profound human experience www.noetic.org

What will happen during a Reiki session? Initially, you will have either an in-person or virtual consultation to ensure there are no contraindications e.g., Reiki practitioners are advised not to treat people with pace makers or women who are pregnant in their first trimester. Depending if you are having a Distant Treatment (energy is not constricted by space or time) or an in-person treatment, you will be invited to either lay down on a treatment couch or sit in a chair or do either of the above at the scheduled Distant Reiki treatment time. There’s no need to remove any clothing as Reiki energy passes easily through all materials. As a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher, I work with the Reiki energy, Reiki symbols and crystals. I start by placing my hands gently on, or over, the body; there is no massage or manipulation. For a Distant Treatment I will use visualisation and intention to do exactly what I would do if I were with you in person. What will I experience during the treatment? Each person has their own unique experience, but most people have recorded experiencing anything from mild tingling, sensations of hot and or cold, seeing different colours, or nothing at all. What will I experience after the treatment? Again, each person will have a different post treatment experience but generally speaking the majority of people report feelings of tiredness, a deep sense of calm and sometimes feeling very emotional and teary. Our bodies are naturally designed to heal and repair themselves. In response to the energy shifts resulting from your Reiki session, your body may now need rest to further support the healing. You may also need to increase your water intake in order to flush out any toxins which have been released. Be guided by your body’s needs. Avoid alcohol before and immediately after the session, eat light, healthy food and exercise or rest according to your how your body dictates. Are there different ways to give energy healing? Yes, I use a number of different techniques and I base the treatment on how I feel intuitively guided. Clearing blockages in the meridians, balancing and harmonising the chakras and clearing old stagnant energies from the various systems of the body will all help support the body’s natural ability to heal itself. The rebel in Reiki Rebel, questions everything and recognises that there is so much more beyond that which we can see or that which we are told! If you are looking for a Reiki Practitioner or Teacher whose desire is to enable as many people to experience the possibility of self healing and more ... then you have come to the right place! Love & Light

LIIMTED TIME OFFER

£145 Plus Delivery (Previously £189 plus Delivery)

This 8" Tibetan singing bowl which is handmade in Nepal from 7 metals features several prominent symbols, each carrying significant meaning in Buddhist and Himalayan traditions:

1. The Buddha Eyes (Wisdom Eyes):
Location: Clearly visible on the outside of the bowl.
Meaning: These represent the all-seeing eyes of the Buddha, symbolizing omniscience and wisdom. They are prevalent on stupas (Buddhist temples) in Nepal, looking out in the four cardinal directions to signify the Buddha's all-encompassing awareness.

Components:
The small dot between the eyes: This represents the "third eye," a symbol of spiritual awakening and insight.
The curly mark between the eyes (where the nose would be): This is the Sanskrit numeral "one," symbolizing the unity of all things and the singular path to enlightenment through the Buddha's teachings.

2. The Om Symbol (Ohm):
Location: Prominently featured on the inside bottom of the bowl in the second image. It's the central, distinct symbol.
Meaning: Om (or Ohm) is a sacred syllable and mantra in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism. It represents the essence of the universe, the primordial sound from which all creation is believed to have originated. It's considered the cosmic sound, encompassing the past, present, and future, and is often chanted for spiritual connection, inner peace, and a connection to the divine.

Components (as often interpreted):
The curves and lines of the symbol are said to represent various states of consciousness (waking, dreaming, deep sleep, and the illusory state of Maya) and the silence or "fourth state" of pure consciousness (Turiya) represented by the dot.

3. Tibetan Script/Mantras:
Location: Both images show extensive Tibetan script encircling the central symbols and around the rim of the bowl.

Meaning: This script typically contains sacred mantras or prayers. The most common mantra found on Tibetan singing bowls is "Om Mani Padme Hum," which is the mantra of Avalokiteshvara, the Bodhisattva of Compassion. This mantra is believed to purify the mind, body, and speech, and its recitation is thought to invoke blessings and good fortune. The script can also represent other ancient traditions of wisdom.

In summary, the symbols on this Tibetan singing bowl are deeply rooted in Buddhist philosophy, aiming to promote spiritual awakening, universal unity, and inner peace through the vibrations and visual representation of these powerful sacred elements.

Only £225 plus Delivery (Previously £299).

This Beautiful 10" Tibetan sound bowl (Handmade in Nepal from 7 Metals) features a number of intricate symbols with deep spiritual and cultural significance, mostly associated with Hinduism, Buddhism, and sacred geometry.

🔹 Center Symbol

"Om" (ॐ): This is the sacred syllable "Om" (or Aum), considered the universal sound and the essence of the ultimate reality or consciousness. Central in Hindu, Buddhist, and yogic traditions.

🔹 Middle Ring – Sanskrit Syllables & Chakra Symbols

Around the "Om" symbol, there are 7 surrounding circles with Sanskrit seed syllables (bija mantras), each associated with a chakra:

These represent:

1. Root Chakra (Muladhara) – “Lam” (लं)

2. Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) – “Vam” (वं)

3. Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) – “Ram” (रं)

4. Heart Chakra (Anahata) – “Yam” (यं)

5. Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) – “Ham” (हं)

6. Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) – “Om” or “Aum” (ॐ)

7. Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) – Often represented with silence or “Om” again

Each of these is accompanied by corresponding mandala or lotus-like patterns typical in chakra depictions.

🔹 Outer Ring – Sacred Geometry & Yantras

You can see alternating Sri Yantra designs (complex geometric figures symbolizing the cosmos and divine feminine energy) and mandala-like floral patterns.

The Sri Yantra is particularly revered in Ta***ic Hinduism and Tibetan Buddhism, symbolizing spiritual ascension and union of masculine and feminine principles.

🔹 Border Designs

The Greek-style meander (key pattern) inside the bowl's edge is a common decorative motif symbolizing infinity and unity.

🔸 Purpose & Use

These symbols combined are intended to enhance meditation, energy healing, and sound therapy. Each symbol holds a vibration and spiritual meaning that aligns with the purpose of the singing bowl: to balance energy, clear blockages, and aid spiritual focus.

🔹 Central Symbol: Feet of the Buddha (Buddhapada)

The pair of feet with symbolic markings (like the dharma wheel, lotus flowers, etc.) is known as Buddhapada, an important symbol in Buddhist art and devotion.

Symbolic meanings:

Path to enlightenment: The feet represent the Buddha’s journey across the world teaching the Dharma.

Humility and presence: Emphasizing the Buddha’s earthly presence and his teachings as something to be walked and practiced.

Sacred imprint: These footprints are believed to carry spiritual power and a reminder of the awakened path.

🔹 Surrounding Symbols: Sanskrit Seed Syllables (Bija Mantras)

Around the feet are eight mandala-like circles, each containing a Sanskrit letter — these are bija mantras, which are seed sounds representing deities, chakras, or cosmic energies in Hindu and Buddhist ta**ra.

Examples seen in the bowl:

ॐ (Om) – universal sound, source of all creation.

ह्रीं, क्रीं, श्रीं, etc. – each linked to specific goddesses, energies, or chakras.

These enhance the spiritual vibrational quality of the bowl — not just visually but also symbolically through sound when played.

The University of Pennsylvania has not revoked Lia Thomas’s titles on the grounds of what’s fair or ethical, they have revoked the titles because of money!! Consider where your school’s and universities stand in relation to topics which matter to you, before you decide whether or not they have earned the right to teach you!

🚨BREAKING: University of Pennsylvania REVOKES Lia Thomas’ Swimming Records & Issues APOLOGY to Female Athletes 🚨

In a landmark move, the University of Pennsylvania has officially revoked all varsity swimming records and titles earned by Lia Thomas, the transgender athlete who made headlines in 2022.

🏊‍♀️ The decision comes as part of a formal agreement with the U.S. Department of Education, after the university faced potential loss of $175 million in federal research funding.

✅ As part of the deal:
• All affected records will be retroactively awarded to top-ranking biological female athletes
• The university will publicly apologize to female swimmers who lost placements and opportunities
• This sets a powerful precedent for Title IX enforcement based on biological s*x

🔥 This isn’t just a sports story—it’s a turning point in the fight for fairness in women’s athletics.

📢 SHARE if you believe women deserve a level playing field!
