Move Me - Mind Body Holistic approach to movement and nutrition to heal and strengthen your body and mind

MoveMe offers a range of services to help you to connect with your body, be it to relax, strengthen, rehabilitate, or to improve your relationship with food. I apply my broad range of knowledge and experience to tailor sessions to your wants and needs. Services are offered predominantly online, but in-person sessions can be arranged at your home. I love both science and that which cannot yet be proven by science: that grey area between the explained and the inexplicable is my playground, in movement and in nutrition. By borrowing from many different fields, methods and ways of thinking, I’m able to reach a solution that works for you as an individual. As a result, my work is slow but steady, and you will see results if you keep at it. My aim is to get you started, wherever you’re at, and to help you stay on your journey.
