People often tell me they don't need a massage at the moment. But I think the truth is; we all need to reset, we all need a real rest, to be looked after, not only to have your soft tissues worked and softened, but to also have the opportunity to calm your mind and mend your mental health. Modern life is incredibly challenging, and not one of us finds it easy to cope single-handedly. So re-prioritise, by putting yourself first, at least once a week, once a fortnight or once a month.
