Do you struggle to get up and down from the floor or have limited mobility? If so, a Seated Exercise class could be ideal.
Sessions enable you to achieve the benefits of a floor-based or standing class, but with the support of a chair.
You’ll either sit to complete exercises or, for those who are able, some classes may combine seated exercises with some standing exercises using your chair for support.
Classes work to improve aspects such as general fitness, mobility, posture and mental well-being.
