Life tip starting moment. Have you noticed that bread ingredients list potato starch quite frequently. Potatoes make the bread softer and last longer without any actual additives. I discovered Smash (instant mash potato) and use that when I bake bread.

It's very effective at making loafs softer and more child friendly especially when you try not to use dairy. The way I use it, is to substitute about 10% of the flour in any recipe (so for 300g of flour you would use 270g flour and 30g Smash).

I love it when I find inspiration for Breathwork when I'm not looking. Reading Brené Brown's book 'Dare to Lead' as inspiration to lead my life more on where I want it to go and I found the Box Breathing technique as a way of 'riding the emotional wave' (my words) when emotions are running high.

I recommend the book and the breathing technique which is:
Breathing in for 4 seconds
Hold the breath for 4 seconds
Breathing out for 4 seconds
Hold the breath for 4 seconds.

How to reflect on why you are angry. This practice can be used with any emotion, but my least favourite emotion is anger so I reflected and worked on that the most.

If there is an emotion or personality trait that you wish you got rid of and not sure how this reflection works. Repeat it until you get to the root cause.
