The nights are drawing in and mornings are darker. Whilst there’s some lovely festivities to look forward to for some this weather poses an emotional downfall.

If you find your mood drops around this time of year it always helps to talk these things through. Here’s some advice from the NHS about SAD (Seasonal effective disorder)

A few people ask me what I charge…..the cost of feeling happier I want to say! 😁

But we are all aware of the cost of living crisis we’re in at the moment. Everything seems expensive. Whilst I do volunteer and give my time for free 1 morning a week this doesn’t keep the lights on. It is however my way of giving back.

Just know although the session fees seem like a lot like so many Health related apps, know that it’s not just going towards time and expertise it’s also for…..
