As someone who enjoys physical activity I have enjoyed participating in many sports and forms of exercise through my life. I played rugby for 15 years mostly for Farnham before trying out for the surrey development squad. By that time I moved abroad and played internationally for my school in Thailand and Singapore. Over 8 years playing cricket for my local team. Over 5 years competing in judo where I one medals in the surrey championships in my weight division. My early 20s is where I got into bodybuilding for 5 years. In my first 2 and a half years I gained 20kg. I did so naturally with a lot of dedication which I remain to this day. I naturally progressed into Crossfit mid 2015 seeking new challenges and better fitness.
