📣 Calling all dog owners 🚶♂️🐕🦺! A brisk dog walk (when your pooch isn’t stopping and sniffing every lamppost) counts towards Body Magic, as long as it gets your heart rate up a little ❤. Dog walking is a fantastic way to get some activity into your day and is a really healthy habit, for both you and the dog, especially if you challenge yourselves with longer and/or more brisk walks.
