If you're finding things tough at the moment, then drop in tonight for some non-judgmental listening support. Your story matters and you'll be most welcome.

There's no charge and no booking necessary but you must be 18+ to attend this NHS community service.

Tonight is our last session before we close for Easter and staff holidays. Drop in between 4 30 pm and 7.30 pm for listening support for whatever you're going through, or to enjoy social contact, in a safe space.

There's no judgement here, just a warm welcome, understanding and encouragement. If you're over 18 and finding life difficult, then we'd love to meet you and see how we can help.

We're an NHS community service, so there's no charge and no need to book - just come as you are. We look forward to welcoming you.

We're a volunteer-run NHS community service offering a friendly listening ear and a safe space for when times are tough. Whatever you're facing, we offer a warm welcome, hot drinks and a chance to offload your cares in confidence and without judgement. Or, you can simply sip your brew in quiet.

Tonight we'll be open from 5pm until 8pm. Come as you are to chat or chill in an encouraging environment - you'll be most welcome and we look forward to meeting you. And feel free to bring a friend along for moral support - they'll be welcome, too.
