Our Story
We are a family run Seed Merchant and Agricultural GPS provider, based near Alford in Aberdeenshire. The company was established in 2002 and since then, we have rapidly expanded. In September 2010, we moved to a new purpose built facility at Kingsford on the outskirts of Alford. We specialise in seeds, fertilisers and agricultural GPS.

As a local Seed Merchant, we pride ourselves in being able to meet all your seed requirements. We are licensed to mix grass seeds and are a major supplier of both the Monarch and Sinclair McGill ranges, including organic, game cover, environmental and amenity mixtures, swedes and kales. No requirement is too small, with us being able to provide 500g bags of grass seed from our local store. Perfect for our gardener clients.
Whilst GPS technology is quite a recent innovation on many farms, we have been providing a GPS soil mapping service since January 2004. This area of the business has taken off in recent years, on the back of ever-increasing fertiliser prices, environmental awareness and through the availability of government grants. Our GPS technology provides farmers with detailed soil nutrient information which enables fertiliser and lime applications to be tailored exactly to the requirements of the field. With over 6 years GPS experience in the north east of Scotland, our team are well positioned to advise you on how GPS could benefit you.
