Due to recently increasing our staffing levels we are recruiting

A unique opportunity has arisen to join our specialist wonderful team as a Care Assistant – could this be you?

This is a special role, where you will support and implement the delivery of person centred care to our residents.

The Chimneys Care Home provides care for up to 14 residents. We are a small residential home.

Our team are dedicated, skilled and experienced in caring for people over the age of 65 with all aspects of personal care, well being & palliative/ end of life care needs.

You would be joining a supportive team, who are committed to putting residents and their families at the heart of everything they do.

Flexible working will be required to meet the needs of the residents and will include working evenings & weekends or nights if applying for a night role

If you are looking to take on a role where every day you can see the difference you have made to people’s lives, come and join us.

Full and Part Time Carers (16+ hrs)
(Must be able to work regular weekends)
Shifts are 7am-2pm & 2-10pm.

Weekend Carer 16hrs per week
Saturday & Sunday 2-10pm shift.

Nightcarers : 2 or 3 nights per week: shifts are 10pm-7am. Extra hours are available to cover annual leave.

Must have experience & ideally have or be working towards an NVQ/Diploma level 3 in Health & Social Care

We are looking for some very special people to join our wonderful team. The Chimneys Care Home is a small 14 bed retirement home, a home that puts the residents at the centre of everything we do, a home where you get to spend time with the residents & really make a difference to their lives.
