We are approaching that time of year as the weather starts to get a little warmer that we start thinking about summer and maybe looking to getting fitter, healthier and dropping a few

With that in mind we thought we’d put on an offer for those thinking about getting started in the gym. From April 1st we are running a special offer for a week where you can save money on your first month.

Cost Β£32.50 for the block. Due before 18th April to secure your space please.

I have space in the 10am class if you have any friends that want to come along.
