💪🌊 Sorry I’ve been a bit quiet on here this weekend… I’ve been off being a bit of a fitness nutter! 🤪

I’ve just competed in Tribal Clash down in Devon – a 2-day CrossFit team event on the beach 🏖️. Sand, sea, logs, waves, runs, rivers ,worms ,weights and a whole lot of teamwork – absolutely awesome experience! 🙌🔥

But I’m back now and ready to get plugging all our wonderful events coming up – so keep your eyes peeled, you won’t want to miss them! 👀🎉
