Soo why are we proud ? and what is Moderation … ?

We are PROUD as this has been a long process with the original Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) not being able to make it , the course being planned and re planned as well as the Tutor learning a BRAND NEW 🆕 manual to deliver it quoting page numbers and supporting in feedback setting their perception of a bench mark in line with the qualification specifications. 💪🏻

💦And 💦

Moderation is a form of External Quality Assurance (EQA) monitoring activity and is used to form part of the verification process for the regulated qualifications.

Safety Training Awards carry out moderation monitoring activities on course paperwork to support our external quality assurance strategy and Centre Assessment Standards Scrutiny (CASS) Strategy.

These quality assurance activities ensure all Approved Training Centres (ATCs ) maintain a level of consistency and high standards.

It also enables STA to monitor that the assessment process is being carried out correctly and the Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) is completing internal quality assurance monitoring activities in line with Safety Training Awards requirements.

Moderation is an external process to the ATCs internal procedures (IQA)

Now let’s continue and not only maintain these high standards but EXCEED expectations and positive outcomes for this discipline and beyond .

Today is about Rachel 💔

This is Rachel ,

You don’t know Rachel , I have spent two days with Rachel 🥺🥺

Thanks to Rachel’s dedication and passion for her job she has Qualified as a Paediatric First Aider (with a lovely group ) - WOW

This is Rachel who has conquered so much in her personal life and career through the death of her dad very recently who just “dropped down dead “ ,

Re building her life for her family , Re living the CPR and moments on the course bringing it all back .

Rachel ,we cried happy tears together today on your amazing achievements , Everyone was rooting for you 💪🏻💪🏻 an not a dry eye in the room .

This post is to say how truly proud I am of you and please do continue to shine with all your heart and accomplish so much -
