A few action shots from Mr Tau’s most recent healing and communication session. Tau has been having sessions with me since he was a youngster, and this was the first time he chose to stay settled in one place for the entire session. At 13 years young, he’s still full of life, even as his body begins to slow in its own time.

Abbie was happily soaking up the healing energy too. It was so funny watching Tau lift his head every time Abbie wanted to share something — he clearly wasn’t keen on her stealing his healing time. Although, of course, there’s always plenty to go around.

It’s a new month, which means there’s a new blog waiting for you on my website.

This one explores how we communicate with animals from different soul groups. Our animals don’t all communicate in the same way – how they share information can depend on where they are on their soul’s journey.

My hope is that this blog helps you gently recognise where your animal may be on their journey, and how understanding this can help you hear them more clearly and with more trust.

I’m really looking forward to running my next beginners’ course on 21st & 22nd February 2026.

Quick Question Sessions

This time of year’s a lovely moment to check in with your animals and see how they’re feeling.

One of the things I really love about my Quick Question Sessions is how well they work as a regular check-in — a gentle way to see what your animal needs or how they’re getting on without booking a full session.

Each one is £25 per animal and includes a bit of healing, plus a short update on where they’re at and anything that might help support them.

It’s a simple, caring way to stay connected and make sure your animal feels heard and balanced as we head towards the end of the year.

Well hello, February!

I’m very glad the 243 days of January are finally behind us 😄

I’m really looking forward to this month. It will be the final time I deliver my Reiki Master Teacher training. I know I’ll feel a bit sad bringing that to a close, but it feels like the right time so I can put my energy into the animal healing and communication courses I started teaching last year.

If you’ve been thinking about learning how to work more deeply with your own animals, or you’ve felt a pull towards animal healing and communication, I do have a couple of spaces left on the Level 1 Animal Healing & Communication Course on 21st & 22nd February. When you’re multi-talented and can drink your green tea at the same time as healing and communicating with your feline client

This is pretty much how my sessions are. Calm, relaxed and very chilled. No rushing, no big performance — just creating a space where animals feel comfortable enough to share what they need to.

It’s quiet work, done in a way that feels natural… often with a cuppa in hand. I even bring my own tea when I’m working with horses, occasionally I even share it with them, with their guardians permission of course !

One of the things I don’t talk about enough is how much working with animals teaches me.

So often, the lessons I’m supporting an animal with are the very same ones showing up in my own life. Patience. Boundaries. Trust. Letting go. Slowing down.

Animals have a beautiful way of holding up a mirror — not in a harsh or judgemental way, but gently, honestly, and without agenda.

There are times I walk away from a session knowing the healing wasn’t just for the animal or their human… it was for me too.

This work is never one-way. It’s a shared experience, a reminder that we’re all learning as we go.

And I think that’s part of the magic of working with animals — they meet us exactly where we are and quietly invite us to grow alongside them

So many people come to me because they want a better relationship with their animal.
