Spring is softly arriving, and March at Namasyoga Ltd. is all about renewal, connection, and gentle growth.

This month, we’re celebrating our beautiful new studio space — a cosy, loving, safe place for you to explore your practice, pause, and be supported. Thank you to everyone who has visited so far and to those who came to the Open Day — it’s been wonderful to share the space with you! 💛
