Super proud of this lovely lady! Jackie has kindly allowed me to share her before and after photos. Jackie joined my Ripley Slimming World with April group to lose weight in a healthy way by following our fabulous food optimising plan. After a difficult period in her life which saw her come through breast cancer and all that it entails, Jackie has rebuilt her fitness levels, achieved all of her body magic awards and lost a super 2 1/2 stones. Recently crowned Woman of the Year 2025 in our 7.30am session I think you can see why she inspires everyone. Well done Jackie Denton - you're a superstar!

When a photo tells a story! This beautiful lady is Jenna, a member of my fabulous Ripley Slimming World with April group. When Jenna joined my group she was shy, withdrawn and her self esteem and confidence were at rock bottom. Today she is living her best life after losing almost 7 stones! A busy working mum of four, Jenna struggled to find time for herself. Finding slimming world, and our gorgeous, support group has changed her life in so many ways. Jenna loves the easy to follow food optimising plan, the freedom to still enjoy the foods she loves, and making great meals to suit her family too. Super proud of 6 fabulous members who have all achieved their personal target weight in the last 6 weeks in my Ripley and Alfreton Slimming World with April groups. Congratulations to Janet, Christine, Chris, Rachael, Wendy and Donna.

Wow! Who says losing weight has to be restrictive and boring. Not my slimming world members that's for sure. These are just a few of the fabulous meals made by my gorgeous members this week. No wonder they're losing weight beautifully! X

It's local elections this coming Thursday and both our Ripley and Alfreton venues are being used. So here's the changes for this week:-

Ripley group will be on WEDNESDAY at 7.30 am & 9am - usual place - st Joseph's church Hall, Butterley Hill

Alfreton group will be Thursday 5.30pm at Alfreton & district memorial Hall, Grange street.
