✨ Happy 60th Birthday to this absolute superhuman! ✨

Not only is Richard celebrating the big 6-0, but he’s also a true inspiration to everyone who knows him. Recently, he achieved 1st place in the European Spartan Race for his age group — an incredible accomplishment! And in true Richard style, he stays so humble about it, never one to boast.

He’s also the man who inspired me to start running and focus more on fitness. Listening to him and his wife Tracey Holden share their fitness journey has been nothing but motivational.

Richard has been coming to me for massage for over 16 years, keeping himself in top form — and trust me, he’s like lightning on the track! He wins so many races and smashes unbelievable Parkrun times.

💍 I’m married and have a 16-year-old son who keeps me on my toes!
🚢 After college, I began my career with Steiner on cruise liners — my first cruise was to New York!
💆‍♀️ I’ve worked in beautiful spas, taught in colleges, and was even a Fake Bake trainer.
🌸 I’ve also worked with the luxury skincare brand Decléor before setting up my own home-based salon, which I absolutely love.

Wow… I honestly have no words – and that’s not like me!
A huge thank you to my amazing client, Mick. He is everyone’s inspiration.

Mick first messaged me two years ago, desperately needing help after being seriously ill in hospital. He had to learn to walk again and rebuild his strength – mentally and physically. He reached out for support through massage and reflexology, trusting in the power of holistic healing.
