Aromatherapy Massage - Full Body Massage - this is a wonderful way to relax, destress, unwind and treat yourself. Essential oils have various wonderful properties as well as a beautiful scent.

Indian Head Massage - this is a full scalp, neck and shoulder massage which is incredibly relaxing, very helpful for stress and tension, it can also have various benefits for the body and mind.

Reflexology - Essentially a massage treatment which stimulates pressure points on your feet which correspond to various parts of your body. This treatment is wonderful in helping with all sorts of ailments and conditions. From back issues, digestion, headaches, menopause, anxiety and mental health, energy. But it is also a very relaxing treatment.

All treatments are £30 for an hour!!! 💜
