This workshop combines the physical benefits of Reformer Pilates with practical self-care techniques, including specialist reflexology, to provide a holistic approach to managing the changes in your body.
What to Expect:
• Guidance: We'll begin with a brief information session discussing the common physical and emotional symptoms of peri-menopause and menopause and explain how targeted exercise can help.
• Reformer Pilates: You’ll be guided through a 50-minute Reformer Pilates session. This session focuses on strengthening, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall well-being.
• Simple, Effective Self-Care: Our highly specialist reflexologist will then guide you through easy-to-learn self-help techniques. You'll discover specific reflexology points that can help promote relaxation and reduce stress—powerful tools you can use anytime, anywhere.
• Community and Connection: The workshop concludes with a Q&A session where you can ask questions and connect with others. We'll create a supportive and open environment for sharing experiences and insights.
