Dear Clients

I'm very sad to have to say that going forward, I have no choice but to request deposits prior to booking a slot. 😔

I absolutely understand that things happen which are outwith your control and can't be helped at times but too often of late, I've had very last minute no shows or cancellations, some of which can be 2hr pampers and longer. I hope you can appreciate that I can't always fill a space at very short notice and this greatly affects my income and business, especially when I am very busy trying to fit in clients to suddenly have a big gap in my day when someone could have had the slot.

I never wanted to ever charge deposits and understand that we all have emergencies (myself included sometimes) but with how things have been recently and with rising living costs I hope that you can all appreciate my reasons.

Any deposit received from here on in will be taken off the final treatment price and will be kept upon a no show or a cancellation less than 24hrs beforehand, half deposit amount kept upon cancellation within 48 hrs and the rest of deposit deducted from the rebooked price.

✳️Deposit amounts will be as follows:

🔹Any treatment up to £20 = £5 deposit
🔹 Any treatment between £25 to £35 = £10 deposit
🔹Any treatment between £40 and £55 = £15
🔹 Over £60 = £20 deposit
