HNY, beautiful people! 2024 has been absolutely amazing overall✨ It’s been a life changing year as I’ve started a new chapter and stepped waaaaay out of my comfort zone. But it hasn’t been without its challenges! Moving to a new country alone is tough- financially 🤯 and emotionally, especially since I’ve always been such a home and family person. I don’t know when it gets easier being away from them 💕

But I truly needed this year. Navigating life in a new country on my own has pushed me to step up and grow in ways I never expected. And, over the past six months, I’ve met some incredible friends for life. It’s so true that you attract people who resonate with you, and Spain has effortlessly brought those connections into my life. I’m so thankful 🙏🏼

I felt really homesick towards the end of the year but after spending the past couple of lovely weeks with my family, I’m excited to return to paradise and my wonderful people over there 🇪🇸

2025, I have no idea where you’ll take me, and I don’t have set plans or goals just the intention to keep working on myself from the inside out, personally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically 💫

Wishing us all more happiness, more love, and most importantly good health in abundance ❤️ Vamos 2025!!! ###

What an amazing first 4 months .mindfulflow .kondratowicz

Together, we have built a welcoming and professional studio that prioritizes high quality services, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and confident in their Reformer Pilates training.

Looking ahead, 2025 promises to bring exciting news for our clients in Marbella and beyond! 🤩

Our studio will be closed from December 18th till 29th for Christmas. Our team will take a well deserved break to recharge and bring fresh ideas for the upcoming year.

A blissful morning of Pilates and much more 🧘🏽‍♀️

Start with a revitalising health shot and a delicious protein energy ball by the amazing 👩🏽‍🍳

Then immerse yourself in a one-hour sculpting Mat Pilates class 🔥

As we wind down, enjoy a brief guided meditation 💆🏽‍♀️

We will finish off with a coffee (or matcha!) of your choice by the BEST baristas ☕️

Paired with delightful pastries and fresh fruit 🥐🍇

If you know my Mum, and how much she hates having her photo taken, you’ll understand why these photos mean the world to me. She is so beautiful and looks absolutely angelic-as she is ☺️ I love her sooooo much! The older I get, I realise just how much she’s poured her heart and soul into me and my sisters. She has always put being Mum over everything else. One of a kind, a real life angel 🤍 Had the best week with her, cherished it all - homemade dinners, walks, movies, lots of tea and some exploring 🇪🇸 My heart is full ❤️

My sister just sent me these adorable photos 🥹 The one who made me an Auntie 💕 The hardest part about moving for me is not being with my 4 babies every day but I’m so grateful for my incredible, loving, and super supportive sisters who have brought the girls over!
I always knew the first month would be challenging, still I underestimated it. Luckily, I have the most amazing family who devoted their time, energy, and resources to be by my side when they could 🙏🏼
Feeling truly blessed to have them 🥲✨

It’s a mix of emotions as I prepare to leave Scotland in just a few weeks 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 I’d LOVE to see all of you special people at class these next few weeks before I go 🥰 Tears started yesterday at the end of my retreat, and I am sure there will be lots more as the month come to an end 🥹 Thursday mornings .studiowellness and online classes can be booked through the link in my bio. For all other classes, book directly with the studio/gym. Looking forward to seeing you all at some point before I leave ❤️🙏🏼💭💫
